PICTURES

DOCKWEILER BEACH.

On this day, for some reason, the sun appeared to be a bright red color and set right over the beach. The beach also had separate bonfires where we put a grill over it and cooked food.

DUKE.

This is my dog, a few weeks after we got him. He is a Boxer and was only a few months old in this picture.

A SPIDER.

I saw this large spider one day, crawling on the floor of a friend's house and at the time, he was into photography, so we had a photoshoot with this spider.

CIRCUS LIQUOR.

This is a picture I took on Vineland/ Burbank Blvd, of the circus liquor. Anyone who has lived in North Hollywood knows where this is. A lot of people who don't live by North Hollywood still know what this place is, because it is a very known spot, as it has been in many films and music videos. It's sort of a landmark in a way.

BLUE.

This was a piece of art in LACMA museum. It's made of neon blue led lights that are bent in a way that makes it look intense.

CLOUDS.

This picture was actually a screenshot of a video that I took of thunderstorm taking place in the middle of the cloud.

BRONSON CAVES.

If you walk far enough on a hiking trail in Griffith Park, there is a few caves at the end of the trail. It's a short walk and is easy to find. They were filming a movie or a show here at the moment and this shows one of the security walking through the cave.

THE BIRD CAGES.

This was taken from behind the old bird cages at the Old Abandoned Zoo in Griffith Park. The cages were bent up and had holes for some reason and seemed like a good picture.

MOUNTAINS.

This captures the bright sky and clouds around 3:00 PM, with the shadow of a mountain, on a hiking trail in Griffith Park. There was actually a person at the top of the mountain.

This is a picture of a horse on the same hiking trail in Griffith Park. Apparently a lot of people go horseback riding around these trails and there is a horse stable somewhere around one of the trails.

DO NOT ENTER.

These are the stairs of one of the old cages where they probably kept the monkeys or other animals. You can go in to the main part of the structure but ends here. It is a rocky structure.

THE GORILLA CAGE.

This picture captures the gate for a cage that, on the inside, was a large empty area. I titled it the gorilla cage because that is what I'm guessing stayed in this cage when the zoo was still open.

STAIRS.

The stairs which are also the entrance to the Old Abandoned Zoo. The zoo is right up the stairs and there are a lot of wild animals around the area. One thing, we saw here was a wild coyote running around.

THE OLD ZOO.

I took this on top of a tall rock at the end of the Old Zoo. It captures almost the entire park around where the main entrance is. The nature of the park seems very well taken care of and the entire park is bright green.

THE LIGHT AT THE END OF THE TUNNEL.

This is a picture of the end of the cave, but was taken at the other end of the cave so it showed how dark the inside was, but also showed how bright it was when you got to the outside.

COLORS.

This an edited photo of the outside of a friend's house. It captures the many different colors of the sky and the shadows of the many different trees.

ABOVE THE CLOUDS.

This was taken on a plane to another state. It captures the details of the plane wing and shows how old but sturdy the plane is. It has many different parts that keep the entire plane going.

MEXICO CITY.

This was on the rooftop of a friend's family's house in Mexico City. It looks like the homes here were built in the middle of a forest or mountain because of the many trees and plants in between every house.

ANTIQUES.

This is a close up of very old jewelry in a museum that i went to a few years ago. They had a magnifying glass placed over he jewelry so the people would be able to see how old the designs looked.

ROOFTOPS

THIS IS FROM THE ROOFTOP OF MY HOME. IT SHOWS A HALF MOON IN THE UPPER LEFT CORNER WHILE THE SUN SETS. THE GRADIENT OF THE COLORS IN THE SKY SHOW THE NIGHT-TIME TAKING OVER THE EVENING.

EAST RIVER FERRY.

THIS CAPTURES THE "EAST RIVER FERRY" SHOWING TOURISTS THE SEAS OF NEW YORK. YOU CAN SEE THE RAYS OF THE SUN PEEKING OUT THROUGH THE CLOUDS.

GREEN AND PURPLE.

This purple fire hydrant is located in the Old Abandoned Zoo and indicates recycled water. The title describes the greenness of nature and the purple color of the hydrant. Go GREEN.

THE CLOSE UP.

A closeup of one of the cages at the Old LA Zoo in Griffith Park. It is locked with a chain to prevent people from vandalizing or trespassing the area.

FREE THE ANIMALS.

These are abandoned cages at the old zoo that animals used to stay in. The zoo was closed in 1966 because they opened a new one very close by.

THE BIG APPLE.

A rooftop in New York City where you can see most of the city.

GENTRIFICATION.

This was taken under a bridge on a boat. It captures 2 different parts of a city. The right side is in the process of construction and the left, it shows an already built city.

RAIN.

This is the city of New York behind the drops of rain on the window of a car. I think it captures the people's perspective well because this is actually what somebody would see behind the car window in the middle of the city.

PHILLY.

This was at a football game in Philadelphia. (Philadelphia Eagles vs. Dallas Cowboys) The game was intense and they played right before New Years so the crowd had a lot of energy, especially because it was a home game. The Eagles and Cowboys have somewhat of a rivalry also so you can imagine what the energy was like.

MIRRORS.

This was taken at LACMA, a museum in downtown Los Angeles. This piece of art showed a moving image at the end of a tunnel of mirrors so when you looked through it, it would show a very trippy image.

LACMA.

The outside of the LACMA museum is a really nice view at night that many people know of. There are rows of lights that light up in a very dim area so the lights are almost all you can see sometimes.
